POOLED FUNDS OFFERED BY CRYSTAL WEALTH
Crystal Wealth offers a series of Pooled Funds by way of Offering Memorandum. These funds are available under certain exemptions from the requirement for a prospectus. The three main exemptions are:
1. Accredited Investor Exemption. You are able to invest in our funds if you meet the Accredited Investor Criteria as laid out by Canadian Securities Regulators. See Schedule A of the Subscription Agreement for a description of this criteria.
2. Pooled Fund Exemption. You are able to invest in our funds if you initially invest a minimum of $150,000 in any one fund.
3. Offering Memorandum Exemption. In certain provinces, you are able to invest in our funds in any amount if you sign a risk disclosure document that you will find at the end of our Subscription Agreement.
You can invest in our funds through any registered dealer or directly with Crystal Wealth if you are an resident of Ontario, British Columbia or Alberta.
